Been a bit busy
I’ve been a little busy working on some new projects and my golf game. I’ve also got a trip planned to visit Keaton and before I go, the doc insists that I get my court ordered defensive driving course done. I don’t think he gets what a pain traffic tickets can be or how appropriate procrastination is in these situations. He always gets warnings because he’s a doctor; I guess cops are a bit wary when it comes to writing tickets to the physicians who may have to care for bullet wounds or car accidents later.
On top of it all, my bestie (how’s that for a juvenile term?) is having her first baby and I hand made nearly 100 shower invitations while planning her shower. Thankfully, another libertarian buddy’s family owns a kick ass restaurant in Dallas so food, drinks and location are well taken care of.
Anyway, since it may be a week before I post anything, I decided to post a song that I’ve been jamming to for a while. It seems apropos for our country right now as well. Enjoy…

Keaton asked me how comfortable I am behind the wheel and I let her know that I’m a beast behind the wheel. The evening of the ticket for which I’m doing DD was actually a lucky night for me; I was cruising triple digits when I picked up the radar. Of course, that’s why I’m not fighting it and opted for DD. If I’d been in the right, I’d fight it like a bulldog. (See the Lindale ticket…)
