Yes, you do get what you pay for

I said I’d provide an update on my customer service experience with the manufacturer of my cooktop. We called Viking about our magnetic induction cooktop and the service guy just left. Even though our cooktop is no longer under warranty, Viking is replacing the unit. I must say that the quality of service has been so far excellent. Spending a few extra dollars upfront for a product with a reputation of quality saves a load of headache and cash on the back end if there’s a problem.

  1. OMG didn’t you have to find your receipt and tell them who your party hostess is?

    Oh, wait. No, that’s the company that sucks.

    I need a new wall oven, I’ll look at Viking first just because of this AND I want to let you know that if you clean stainless and then give it a swipe with WD40 it’ll stay clean for ages.
