“When law and morality contradict each other, the citizen has the cruel alternative of either losing his moral sense or losing his respect for the law.” Frederic Bastiat
You’re right about them being hung up on abortion, but if there were ever a place to discuss such a divisive issue, The View is it. Many women are misinformed about RP’s voting record and fearful of his pro-life stance so it is good that he was able to say something about the issue. Perhaps some of those women will now look farther than Daily Kos comment threads and start to rethink their initial dismissal of the candidate.
Good point. I didn’t really think of it that way, as I avoid watching “The View” like I avoid carnival rides named “The Testicle Grinder”.
Dr. Paul has it pretty easy in some ways. He can “tailor his message” to different audiences by simply advocating freedom, liberty and rule of law. It’s a lot harder when you’re an amorphous blob of talking points to coalesce into something that doesn’t sound full of shit.
Some peeps were talking about their weddings at Bold Voices TV so I pulled a couple of my wedding pics to share on the show. Since some chatters can’t get shows, I decided to share here as well. These are pics of pics because I didn’t want to upset the album. [...]
So, back in the day, I did a small part in a movie filmed in Dallas. I just spent a ton of dough to get a copy from the UK because some friends were curious as was I. Space Marines arrived today. I haven’t had time to watch it all yet but [...]
Looking for a comment supposedly made in the Keyes/Obama debates. Needed a place to post the image… sorry this isn’t a full post or if it doesn’t make sense to you. Perhaps it will after I finish the research. Smooches, y’all.
Jeez, I’d forgotten how much work this is! Anyway, Little Man, Alaina and I have been having a blast. These were taken yesterday when we had sno-balls at the park.
Too short. They’re too hung up on abortion. Otherwise he acquitted himself well.

I make it a habit to avoid TV so I don’t watch The View either. ;o)
Oh damn he is a gyno? Gotta vote for a man that appreciates – never mind.
