Police brutality..do you think it is common? I remember seeing the Rodney King video and honestly, while at first I was naturally repulses by what seemed to be an excessive amount of force – wasn’t King on PCP? I know (and have seen) people on PCP and it’s not pretty.
OMG BTW – last night I damn near made a cop jump when I turned the corner in my car and blasted my sound system. Can you get pulled over for having your music too loud?
You probably could get pulled over in a residential area. Disturbing the peace and that shit.
